Buying Quick Image Design - Size Chart - Replicate from my Jpeg

Hello,

I have a jpeg of a size chart that I would like to have replicated. It does NOT have to be identical, but close - same colors, style, etc.

Someone designed this for me and then stopped communicating and replying to emails - so I don't have the source files and also I would like some of the small things fixed -- just basically have it straightened out and made cleaner (for instance the spacing between the boxes with the numbers/measurements is not even everywhere).

Please let me know if you can help me with this. I can provide some PSDs for the website that this is for so that you have the colors and the logo.
