Quick iframe help

I tried to open some links in iframe. due to some reason they redirect my website to actual link page..

For e.g. I try to open this in iframe http://www.metacafe.com/watch/406169/the_matrix_reloaded_neo_vs_smith/

and it redirect the whole page

Does anyone knows how we can fix this up

 

the page you link to has a frame braker and hence, opens up the whole site. 9/10, thats the problem.

 

wats the frame braker means ?

 

Now how can i avoid this frame breaker.........this is the solution i am after

 

You can't. Look for alternatives to iframes.
