Greetings, I need this completed in the next 2 hours. I have two files I need created, it's for a project that I don't have time to complete right now because I have something else that came up that is more pressing, this has a firm deadline though so I need to get it completed. I have a file that has specific instructions on creating a single html webpage, with one external css file (that requires very little styling), and a simple form (2 fieldgroups and about 5 actual fieldsets, form doesn't have to submit actual info, just need the layout for it done so it appears correctly on the page). I have the html file created as a base already, just need it finished with the instruction file I provide. First person to respond/pm with proof of decent html/css skill is picked. This has to be done in the next two hours, payment is dependent on having it completed on deadline, if it's not done by then, payment will not be made (this is maybe 15 minutes of work for an experienced html/css coder...if that much)
