Buying Quick .htaccess Fix

I have a .htaccess problem on my website that I need help with. I can't seem to get <domain>/index.php to redirect to <domain>/
Well I can get that part working, but then it seems to interfere with internal pages. I don't know if it's just a problem of what order I put the htaccess rules in. Or maybe there is some other way it can be done without affecting the other rules. It's probably something pretty easy to fix, but I don't know enough about htaccess. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
