Contest Quick, Header Graphic Needed

    I need a header graphic for a project I'm working on...

    The background needs to be transparent as this is going on a blue background. The maximum size for the file is 940 X 146, although a little smaller than that would be preferred.

    The header needs to incorporate the text:

    Sales Team Success

    Learn how to recruit and build a successful sales team... today!

    No unlicensed images... in fact, this could be all text if it's looks sharp and professional.

    I'll be out for the next few hours, but I would like to choose a winner tonight (12 hours or so from this post).
