Contest QUICK Header design contest- $15 paypal - less than 24 hours... help

I am running behind on time and need some help with this header. The winner will need to be creative and professional.

The header should have the text below- arranged however you feel is best, the main 'title' is her name, with the secondary title being the organized lifestyle text- so BOTH the parts in the image below need to be prominent, with the name being the MAIN focus, know what I mean?



Colors are whit background, text colors and everything are open, we want some black used, as well as some colors from the book image below, but you don't need to make the header look like the book exactly, she wants to 'brand' herself more than her book, so just use that for inspiration.

The site it is going into is below- but I will be changing a lot of it- including colors once we pick a header, http://testing.designingwitheve.com/secondary/ so don't worry about matching perfectly.

We want it to be very clean, professional, organized of course. Being creative with fonts is a must, as well as how you lay it out. Like I said, emphasis on the name first then the other title being secondary...



If you are able to come up with an image that works with this then that would be awesome, incorporating the name with it and everything is a must, we don't want an image just thrown up there, it needs to blend and look professional.

Whoever can pull this off will be number 1 on my list for future contests and direct logo jobs, I have a few a week lately and would love to find someone that can take what I said above and make something that I love....

so far the closest to what I am looking for is Dante777's, would like it to be a little cleaner, but I really like the use of fonts and color.
