HI, just need a very quick flash designer to convert a javascript set up (i.e. on mouse change div image, off mouse, change back to original image), there are 3 menu buttons on the right, and a big images on the left. When each of these menu buttons on the right are moused over, the menu button itself changes colour and the big image on the left changes. It's basically all "on mouse overs" actions for 3 menu buttons. will pay $10 after job completion, please pm me for more details if you can do it.
