Buying Quick fix to header image - date change

    I need a quick fix to a header image (see attached), I simply need the date changed to March 1-31st, 2012 so we can use it again next year. Sent email to our current designer and no response. So can anyone here help me out. Let me know what it will cost to make this change. Will pay via paypal.
