Buying Quick fix of html template scroll problem

    Hi, I need a very quick fix for a template, I need to add more pages of information to the page but the page has a fixed scroll which makes it impossible to do this without looking very unprofessional. Looking to have this done asap... I can't figure it out myself and can't waste time trying.
