    Need this "fan" made up. Needs to look exactly how it does in the pictures. The idea is to give him the look that he's being flushed down the toilet.

    I will need the design file to change the color of his shirt / shoes / foam #1 fan finger and the text on his shirt.

    For the example....please use baby blue (same colors as shown in example) and NORTH CAROLINA

    Also full disclosure this was a business I tried a couple years ago and it failed. I got the design from a guy on DigitalPoint but I can't go back in my inbox and get the design files! So I need it re-done. You can even see the old thread I used!

    I thought the shirt needed to be further down on the right. I couldn't tell if that was distorted by the water or not. Anyway, I made another version with that change. I'll leave it up to you to decide which version you want.
