I have a CSV file that needs importing into a hosted MySQL database. I then need an operator to be able to log onto an admin screen and be presented with details of the company they call. They will then add some details onto the entry in the database for that company and move on to the next record. On some occasions they may need to set a call back date and time. I would like the script to automatically make that entry appear at the correct time. Whenever they edit an entry it should be date stamped and marked to say we have contacted that company. After all records have been updated I would like the option to export the data back to CSV format. If you can do this please let me know your expected price.
This can be realized in different ways. As an example: CSV can be transformed at localhost as sql dump, than Imported by phpmyadmin to your host;admin panel can be password protected by php code,htaccess or both. I will need more info please

I need this ready by Monday. The records are chosen in date order. To begin with all records would have a fictitious date. If the operator sets a call back date and time then the record should appear at that time for a call back. All company details are stored in one record. There is a field for operator notes.

Back to this topic... If nobody can do this for a reasonable fee then I will use the Google Apps shared spreadsheet tool.
I've decided the best solution will be Google Shared Apps in this case. I will post another project in the future for the actual web site once the data is prepared.
