Buying Quick CSS3 Design of ul list

    I want a <ul><li> list looking same as the attachment for mainly mobile devices enteriely created in CSS3 and HTML5.
    Minimum row width must be 320px as iPhone standart.

    And it must be responsive, it must show x number of elements in row for fit in windows and iPad browsers.

    Each item should be shown as box, image centered inside box and text under each box.
    4th item should be shown in new row.
    And infinite rows could be created as we insert new items.

    Box must be created using Border radius and shadow with CSS3.

    I must easily change spacing between rows and items.

    You can add interesting improvements that you suggest to look more beautiful.

    10$ for whole work.

    I'm a mobile developer and lots of other design works on queue.
