General: It doesnt have to be in the exact same colors as the "sample-logo" I posted. the other design you made was a lot better. Try to keep it simple..remove the notepad. make the man in the ball smaller.
Make the Logo smaller, and turn the man the original way. It kinda looks stupid when it looks like that. and make the man and the blue circle smaller. The logo is way to big right now.
Much better! but the name and the colors are totally misleading. You dont have to make them in different colors. Just make it look good with the rest of the site.
