Quick cheack on a domain I have been developing

I've been working on this site for a while now (although started losing interest about 3 months ago).

Currently PR3 and top on MSN and Yahoo search for keywords like "flatmate" although google has been a little less nice to me lol

Month unique visitors are as follows

I haven't really capitalised on the good rankings with certain search engines because as I said above I've got a bit uninterested in it so have stuck with one company for comission from CJ instead of using adsense.

Just looking for a general value as I may sell it on to someone with more time to develop it full potential properly.

 

I'd say low to mid $xxx

id say that for the domain with the traffic and content
