I always looked on Google to find Blogger templates. There are thousands and thousands of them our there for free and you can even find some WordPress templates that have been converted for use with Blogger. It's kind of a thing where you have search for yourself as your opinion of "decent looking" may be different from mine. Best of luck to you.

Not a problem. I think I've probably visited BTemplates over the years with my Blogger account. A lot of template sites are set up so that you can search for templates by color, number of columns, and the like. Try searching for business or professional themes if you are looking for something clean and professional. I'm sure you will find something that will work for you.
