Text Logo on left with text as "HEALTH CHORD" and slogan/tag as "Stay Fit & Be Healthy" 2. Logo will be text based but a very small design can be added beside it to make it attractive 3. Add some images in center and Right related to Health/Fitness/Medical/Medicine 4.
