I am not a experts SEO. So was just curious to know what should I do get back links quickly? Are there any tools or methods to get them quickly?

Ye unfortunately there is no magic bullet, some good techniques listed here tho.

DON'T build backlinks quickly.

you build quick backlinks, you get in to sandbox quicker! best way to build backlinks would be taking a slow and steady approach. study your competition and try to get a feel for how many backlinks you would need to achieve your required ranking. then craft a 90 day link building plan and start working it slowly. you build more and more backlinks over time but always start slow.

while all non-competitive and most somewhat competitive terms can be ranked within 90 days, if you build backlinks too fast and get into google sandbox, it will require as long as 6 months or even more to get out of it. so by building links too fast, you are not really achieving quick results, you are getting months behind.
