Is any bady have Quick approval free directory submission list with good pr.

 

I think freelistfool's list has an option to sort the directories by review time. According to me only new directories have the time to approve submissions fast. As directories get established their traffic increases and they become slower in reviewing submissions.

 

So is it better to submit to new directories or better to submit to reputed once?

 

You should submit to reputed directories but don't expect quick approvals. But you must not ignore new directories, some people believe they are not worth spending time on; I would recommend that you submit to new directories when they are announced so that owners can accept your submission quickly. You should know that many of these 'new' directories become established in a couple of years.
