Quick and Easy Contact form process modification

    Basically I am adding a contact form to one of my sites, I have my old contact form (php form processing file) and I just need it modified to remove the old information from the old site and have the new information, with the fields already created and labeled as needed, put into the new field. I could do it, but it would take longer for me to write it all up at this point because I know just enough PHP to hang myself with... Ive got $10 sitting in the paypal account right now.
