Contest quick and easy $20 logo contest - 24hrs only

hello everyone, I'm in a need for a company logo, the name is "Dreams Factory".​

in the beginning the company will be selling custom made children beds, later it will extend to some more custom built baby related furniture and other stuff.​

the logo needs to be modern and hip, target will be mostly young parents, assuming ages 20-30. there is no tagline yet, but feel free to come up with something if you like I can offer $20 for the best design paid by PayPal be quick, as this is a 24hrs contest. ​

I will try to comment live on provided designs and to give you proper feedback. more questions - just ask

@kainrazial: sorry, your work is sub par to other contestants
@Chris.B - this is good, can you spice it up a bit, maybe use another color/font combination
@Mousecat: same as for kainrazial, doesn't look professional enough
@Mr.Legend: not bad, but too dark for kids I think

@meriang: terrible colors and the castle (or whatever that is) icon. wrong way
@Mr.Legend: now it looks too bland
@mousecat: like the writing, don't like the image there

at the moment I think the right way to go is a moon + sleeping baby, something like TJB10's (#4) and Chris.B (#10), I like the way Chris.B did it so the moon looks like it was hand painted. I also like the deep yellow color used by Chris and the blue+yellow palette.
