Buying Quick Adobe Illustrator Icon Editting

Hi,

Need this done today.

I recently purchased the icon: http://www.shutterstock.com/pic.mhtml?id=69543007 as an illustrator file.

However, what I want is only the graphic of the headset in black with a transparent background, kind of the like this silhouette:

I then need the edited image as a Photoshop file.
