Buying Quick $5 anybody? Just a quick fix for a RSS feed

I'm not sure what I've got going wrong.

The domain is http://cpeship.com and all I want to do is have people be able to subscribe via email but it doesn't work.

By the way, I am aware that you need to activate this feature in feedburner. It's a problem with the code.
