    Ok I just got done talking to my client and he said that the entries were great a catching the Southwest but all of them are missing part of the instructions ("The theme for the restaurant is coastal, like savannah Georgia"). He wants it to also have something that ties it to the coast. Savannah Georgia is a coastal city with a beach. So it's got to have a west feel but also a coast feel.

    Here is an example, this has a pig on a surfboard, what if it was a bull on a surfboard or something like that that ties into the ocean/coast.

    This is the quote from the client "these have a little too much Southwesterny/Steakhouse feel."

    He really likes the red surfboard in the link above, the simple silhouette of a bull in black and he really likes the above font and the shape of it.

    So use that logo listed above as some inspiration.
