    sorry but it gives me a feeling that I have seen this type of a logo somewhere.

    it has to appeal to the young audience. you might want to consider a fresh approach.

    Thanks for participating. I also wanted to let you all know that the logo unit can have IMTI and the full name can be written separately. like its in 2 parts.

    the way i am looking at it - what if i remove the name in the logo - does it communicate what the company is about. Unfortunately not. and this is a very common icon used by universities you see. Can you come up with something better.

    Thanks. this is better then the earlier for the fonts and font colours but the arrows are not looking good. also the globe the graduation cap and the lines will look very cluttered on a business card and a web page where they have to be small in size. And we want the icon to communicate by itself. so if we remove the name people should be able to recall "oh ya its that institute". maybe you can tweak the concept a wee bit.

    i got a PM from one of the participants asking for the kind of logo i'd prefer. i thought i should share some of the logos I liked so as to guide you better. I have decied to keep the contest open for another 48 hours only. Please note that I need logos for white background and try to avoid black colour.

    concept nice but still not happy with the way the name is written. the font or colours...something not clicking.
