Quick $20 logo contest

Hello all - I am looking for a logo for a new site called noobacademy.com. I'm really open to anything, you guys/gals are the designers. Noob is a video game reference and academy speaks for itself. Let me know if you have any questions.

EDIT - Maybe a crest or something military style? I would like either gaming(controller, headset, console, whatever) or academy used in the logo. Also maybe using crosshairs or something. A crest is not required, just an idea.

Not really liking the eyes being used in the o's. Any other ideas?

Below is the logo that I created for you. It looks professional as I think that is what an academy should connotate. Hope you like it.
