Buying Quick $15, simple CSS layers

    Hi everyone,

    I need some help. I'm busy with a web app to plot places within a set area on a website. So, I'll have a background image of about 500 x 500px. I need to be able to place a small marker image (like a circle) over that layer to indicate its position.

    The circle must be able to be moved by changing the CSS position properties. As an example of what I need:

    and by changing the position...

    I hope this is clear...
