Contest Quick $10 for Craiglist Ad Image- Simple please help

    I just need a simple 600px X 500px ad image promoting a press Release service. $10 by paypal for first one that I like. jpeg image**
    It needs a shiny "Click Here to learn more" call to action and these lines of text and maybe a techy newswire type image:
