Which ones? * Can I see one of your websites/landing pages/blogs etc? * Are you going to use incentives? * What other affiliate companies are you with and for how long? * How will you promote our products? * Should I send you some that are relevant to your niche?

Thanks super, for sharing some great answers. Also not sure but I have seen lately some CPS networks do not like pure PPC affs, so you can let them know about your email list that you build overtime through various websites. Do not buy a list as you'll be most likely considered a spammer.
