Hi DP buddies! You've got a new South Asian m8! My country is in PP supported list but send only like many other countries. I didn't accept this fact. I want to open a PP account as an user in Send-Receive-withdraw + ABLE countries. I've searched the DP forums finding a really good solution to open US Bank a/c and apply an Credit card/ Debit card for 4 days with no luck; I knew the way i'm doing it's not legal, but ... So, I wanna here your recommendations some needs below. IMPORTANT: Because your recommendations is invaluable to non US Citizen, please post if you got core-experiences. 1. Best US bank that accept non-US to open account? BoA, CITI, Wells Fargo or what? 2. If only Credit Card/ Debit card needed to verify PP (not need US bank account), where to go? Entropay, Payoneer (from GetAFreelancer/ Plimus/ some other affiliate programs) or what? !!! PLEASE DO NOT Recommended VCC because there were so many known problems with it. 3. What is the problem with Etrade? I've seen you recommended it a lot in posts in 2007. 4. Supposed that I reg PP with fake address in China but Credit/Debit Card with real address and both PP a/c and Credit/Debit Card are in my real name. Could I verify PP with this Credit/Debit Card? Will PP know my real address? 5. I knew that If reg PP us a/c, i will have to fake IP. But, if I reg PP China/ Singapore/ Thailand, must I fake IP?
