Hello, After years of selling Product keys, Game Codes and other Digital Goods on eBay i thought since eBay is not so fond of Digital Goods anymore i thought i should just open a website to do so. Now the question is what Payment system should i use ? Well i want to use PayPal but i mean what type of shopping cart should i use. I want a system where users have to accept terms upon order. Something alone the lines as if a User wants to purchase an Item but they must input their information including their phone number and maybe click the accept box that will say something like we will confirm your order by Phone verification. If there any type of system i should be using for this or should i just have a site created that during purchase the user has to input their name and phone number before order and just use something like Zen Cart.
