    Hi,

i have a PayPal account with some money in it.
    My account is Unverified.
i want to withdraw money to my bank account.
i know the IFSC code of my Bank branch.
My account name in PayPal is same as that of my bank account.

    my questions are:
    1. Can i withdraw money to my Bank, even if i have unverified account?
    2. if so, then the limit of withdraw of 500$/month, is applicable or is not true? Means can i withdraw 300$ now and then after 30days i can withdraw other few $?? or my account will become limited??
    3. Can i verify my account using a Debit Card?

please help me. i need money in urgent. thank u.

    1. Can i withdraw money to my Bank, even if i have unverified account?

    # Yes...you can withdraw your money to your bank account, even in unverified status.

    2. if so, then the limit of withdraw of 500$/month, is applicable or is not true? Means can i withdraw 300$ now and then after 30days i can withdraw other few $?? or my account will become limited??

    # Yes...you would be able to withdraw up to $ 500 in a month and you would be able to do so..every month. This action alone would not limit your PP account.

    3. Can i verify my account using a Debit Card?

    # It depends on your nationality. If you are an Indian or anywhere from Asia, I am sorry but you would not be able to verify your account with debit card. Only CC is supported for this action.

As I have already stated to you, verifying the PP account with a debit card is not possible for Indian citizens. Though, it is possible for US citizens to do so.

I am not sure of sending limit being different from withdrawal limit as I did not use unverified account for long...myself.

Account gets limited due to various reasons, primary being PP getting annoyed or suspicious with your trading behavior.

You can't verify your indian paypal account using any indian debit card so you need valid CC for that.

Previously sending limit was $100 lifetime for unverified paypal account. Not sure how much as of now because i am using verified indian paypal account.

    Well, thank u guys.

i have started the withdraw process.
i hope to receive money in 5-7days.

one thing i am not happy with PP is, they applied exchange rate of 1$ = 45.88, where else its currently 48Rs.
any ways, this is how PP makes Millions. and i can understand it.

BTW when can i expect the transfer to my Bank done. how many days it takes, min & max??

You would have got 2-3 rupees more in exchange rate had you made a withdrawal last friday/saturday.

After the UPA win in election, there is a heavy inflow of FII money in the Indian stock market putting this pressure in the exchange rate! :(

You will get it on Friday or on monday for sure (minimum or maximum whatever you say) if you have entered bank details such as account name,IFS Code etc. correctly.

Paypal withdrawals has certainly been faster to India after the incident 3 months ago . They might be afraid their reputation is on the table.

Shavin, there is a $500 limit per month but there is also a $3000 total limit after which you will have to verify your paypal account.
