Hello DPers, Will i get in trouble when i recieve money to my paypal account from unverifed buyer ? And if i will get in trouble, what should i do ? Thank you.
Do it at your own risk, I don't think there should be any problem if amount is small and buyer is not a fraudsters.
I've to intention to charge you fraudster, just giving OP an alert As Paypal puts every unverified user into stringent scrutiny
Do it at your own risk. If the buyer is honest then that is good. However, unverified accounts just means that, it is unverified so there is no way to certify that the person is who he claims to be or even if he is honest. Honest people who follow the rules would have their accounts verified to gain confidence. Unverified accounts just seems to include people who are either not allowed to open paypal accounts or have bad agenda. Of course there are those who are waiting for their accounts to be verified. Personally, I will avoid unverified paypal members like a plague and refund any money received from them without consideration.
You don´t have to worry more then if you recieved it from a verified member because nowadays with all the VCC´s for verification EVERYONE can become a verified member within a minute and for some $.
Sadly, that is true now when you cannot tell if a person is real or not. Do your due diligence at the offset. Maybe when you receive money, use the Buy Now button, subscription, Request Money or Paypal Invoicing then set to have the buyer enter his address so you can match the IP with the country to see if it fits. With all the VCC, I stopped using Paypal to sell things, it is no longer safe anymore.
There is always the chance that PP will put a hold on the funds until the buyer completes verification.
