Questions on Article Marketing

I’m totally exited about article marketing at the moment, and want to be successful with it. I have even bought Brad Callen`s program "Article Submitter", although I think I mostly will focusing on submitting to ezine articles.

    Now for my questions:
    1. I have started a blog where I post reviews of clickbank products. When I write my resource box in EA, can I link to www.site.com/product1 <- where this is a link that redirects to the merchants landing page?

    2. If not then do I have to buy a new domain for every product I want to promote, if I want the link on EA to redirect to the landing page?

    3. Should I link to my blog or to the landing page directly?

    4. Just how unique does each and every article I submit have to be? Can they be a little modified articles that I get from the seller of the product, or do they have to be 100% unique?

    5. On my blog I have 500 word reviews, is it better to shorten them down to like 200-300 words maybe?

    Thanks for answering.

I don't know how much this info might help you but I wrote to EzineArticles.com to ask about that and here's what they told me

    Hope that helps!

As far as personal tips, I'd really encourage you to go the extra mile with your articles if you're dedicated to this for the long haul. Anyone can spin out barely altered copy and distribute it widely, but that's only going to fool customers once. They won't come back for a second time if they figure out you're (whether you mean to or not) tricking them, basically. I'd say to write your most honest, self-effacing reviews, get them out there widely (and I think 500 words sounds about right), then build on that reputation. Repeat customers really are the gold of the internet, especially as it continues to sprawl. Make yourself an oasis in this hellish wasteland of clones and it'll pay off! :)

    Hmmm.

Looking at that quote there, i think it would be wise just to redirect to the sales page, perhaps with a cloak link

Other wise i would need to register a domain for every product.

    1. www.site.com/product1 - if that's a affiliate link that redirects to the merchant's website, then it's not allowed. However if that link leads to your landing page, then it's ok.

    2. If you want to directly send your readers from Ezine to the merchant's page, then yes, you will need to buy a domain for each product, because Ezine allows affiliate links only if they are top level domains, like www.abc123.com

    3. What you should is to write an article related to the product you are promoting, submit it to Ezine and then link that article to the review of the product on your blog.

    4. Well, Ezine says that articles have to unique and original, but if you rewrite 50% of an article, I think you will be fine.

    5. Short articles are good, but if you already have ones that are 500+ words, then just leave them as they are, and write new ones. Long articles doesn't mean bad articles.

    Ok,

But what if i send them to the merchant's page with out ordering my own private domain to make a product review of the said item.

What if i just sent them www.abc123.com so they may purchase the product which was reviewed on ezine articles.

    Would this be ok?
