Background: I'm in the middle of launching my own web hosting company, and one of our plans for 3-6 months from now is to setup an affiliate program. I personally have alot of affiliate marketing experience, but not in web hosting, so I'd appreciate it if a few of you that do promote web hosting could answer a few questions here: 1) Do you prefer revshare or pay-per-sign/sale?
