Questions for my Ebook:

One of my marketing strategies is to go to HUGE Facebook Fan pages who already have established fanbases and collaborate. I want to give a 50% commission for them to sale my Ebook but I can not do that on Amazon. The affiliates cap out at 10%.

Should I go ahead and sell my Ebook on both Amazon and my Website? I'm really considering it.

Also Amazon has recently come out with Amazon pay button that you can integrate directly with your Website. Can I set up my own affiliate on my website and still use the Paypal button?

Not sure how much this helps, but I sell an eBook on Amazon and just give it away for free on my site to people who join my mailing list. There is an advantage to only selling it on Amazon and not offering it anywhere else, and that is that the Amazon KDP allows your book to be temporarily featured after a certain number of days (I'd have to look up the exact terms of the offer).

If you have multiple eBooks (or any products) for sell on Amazon, you CAN set up a sales page on your site and use your affiliate links to drive traffic to them on Amazon. I've never set up a PayPal button on my page...but then I only have one eBook for sale right now...so I'm not sure how that works. But you can set up a store page and get them to make the purchase on Amazon through your affiliate link.

Plus there's that added bonus of getting commission off of anything else they buy while your cookie is active on their system ;)

Do you think it is necessary to have a Table of Contents for my Book: For the chapters? Idk?

It depends on how long it is, but I would probably do that if it's longer than just a few pages (probably is).

Ah it is 121 pages I'm going to go ahead and do the glossary. It will make it look more professional.

Most of my books don't have a table of content but you can put one if you want...Enroll your book in KDP select and learn how to use the promotions, get reviews, where to promote your book during the free promotion etc. There is way more potential if you sell your book on Amazon IMO.
