    Exactly! Can't be stated in better words than that. Explore your niche and learn from that. Not all ebooks are marketed the same way.

    I sell my books, ebook or otherwise, from my own websites so that I have full control over them. It might reduce the number of sales, but I know what when the book sells I get all the money, minus the Paypal fee. And I also know how it's being marketed, which I'm comfortable with.

    It's an old thread, but what the hell.

    There are both pros and cons.

    Post #29 was pretty funny, though I just don't know, either way.

    But then look at post #38. lol Great praise, and that is his first post. So you have to be careful out there.

    There is also a great thread over there on selling e-books. I'm still trying to find it.
