Questions for arcade site owners...

    Hi guys,

    I've got a few questions (though i dont know what i can actually show from my stats.)

    If anyone can answer any of these it would be great:


    1. What is a tipical Page CTR?
    Mine has suddenly doubled. It's still less then 10% but i've not changed anything, and my unique count hasnt gone up really. (I dont want google to think its too high)

    2. I would really like to know how many uniques you get, compared to how much you make.
    I'm currently getting avarage: 5000 Page impressions a day (about 1000 uniques a day), and i'm getting about 3-8$ a day. is that about normal, or do you think i could improve my ad placements?


    Also,
    Instead of opening another thread, if you could say 1 thing that has improved your uniques the most, what would it be?

    My site isnt getting hardley any traffic from SERP -- which i really need to work on i think, but arcades have so much competition from the big sites.

    I would have thought those earnings are very good for an arcade. Honestly, I expected much less.

    Still amzaes me how all these arcade sites are doing it, they are all just clones of one another

    Theres not many sites that arnt just clones of somthing else in one way or another matey ;)

    But seriously have you seen most of the arcade sites owned by members of this forum? By clone I mean literally clone. Identical games/wording/template/script. Most dont even bother changing color scheme or images =D


    However im not speaking of your site, I am sure it is much more unique then the ones im talking about :)

    Yeah man, i wasnt been funny, i know there are a lot of arcade sites -- they are just so easy to setup now with the scripts. It's just about doing somthing differnt to get people onto them. (which, alot of arcade site owners arent trying) -- but i doubt these ones will be getting many visitors. I was hoping some of the big arcade/video site owners might say somthing.
