Questions. Div popup and New window?

    Hello, I have a few questions

    On by "base" site im going to have 3 ads per page.

    I wonder if these things are legal or not due to the rules:

    1. Can I have a div that popsup(photo gallery) when the user clicks it which at the time are overlapping the ads underneath it or is that against the rules?

    2. Can I have "new windows" that at the time are overlapping the ads/site? New window for e.g settings,photogallery, rules.
    2.1 If we are allowed to use new windows like this. Are we allowed to have an ad on every new window(with 3 ads at the base page)?

    3. Are we allowed to have ads on error pages,rule pages etc?

    4. Do we have to share something about us using adsense, in the rules to the users?

    5. Is it or is it not against the rules to make it impossible for the users to login if they have disabled ads and telling them e.g to be able to login you need to turn of your adblockers.
    If this is allowed, then i guess its allowed to automatic logout users that are enabling a adblocker?
