This is not an underhanded promotion, I'm just trying to get opinions as to what the best methods would be to make some money off of my technology blog. You can find the blog here. It's very new, but I've spent a few hundred bucks so far advertising, so I'd like to make a little of that back. I added Bidvertiser links at the end of posts and in the sidebar, I have an Amazon.com shopping center on it's own separate page (which I'll be changing up a lot) and two 300x250 banners on the home page. That's it. I've had these ads up for about a week now and I've made zero money. Like I said, I've promoted a lot, and traffic (while still low) is slowly picking up. Should I use different ad companies? Place ads in different locations? Thanks!
