Questions about Micro Niche Site

    So I was thinking to start one. But then I thought about something else.
    My target is Medical and Health niche. What If I start a general medical related domain and publish articles of sub niches... Each sub niche is identified by Category (as in wordpress) and treat each category as a micro niche site. I mean backlink to each article and apply other SEO on them.

    I know this won't be MNS any more, but what is your opinion about this? Which one will be more effective, an MNS with one keyword focused or a site like I am thinking about?

    The problem is that the most of the link directories don't accept deep links.

    micro niche site is very powerful site make lots of money with micro niche site put adsense on and don't afraid of anything just add content add image and bam you make money with micro niche site is that easy

    You will save time if you don't make 5, 10 or 50 different sites. I make blog posts with keyphrases with good amount of monthly searches and competition with not very high PageRank and then I make links in relevant blog posts with good PageRank, deep link directories, bookmarking sites...
