One of my website got about 1000+ impression per day. Is this very bad? (I know its definitely not good)

    After 1 week (7000+ impressions) , I got only 1 click = $0.01.

I feel that it is too hard to earn through adsense. Any idea?

    How easy is yours?

    Thank you.

You're doing something very wrong with those kind of stats. Do visitors even see the site? Is the page displaying them a total garbage niche? Very unattractive visitors to advertisers?

That CTR is extreme low. Placement (location) matters a great deal. The trick, at least in my own experience, is to display ads where users will see them immediately and blend them so that, while not misleading to a visitor, they (the user) finds that sponsored content relevant to the degree that they click on it. A few tips; 1) remove the border around the ads, 2) start the post or article summary with a standard sized ad unit.

You should be very tactful to reach at the goal. you should look at your ad placement. You should avoid high color as well as border into your add text so that it will seem like a content. Remember visitors hate add to click.
