Questions about google SE banned sites

If the site has been banned by google for more than 2 years, the site owner did not have time to re-do the entire site to ask for re-inclusion yet. Only action done so far was removed some webpages(small percentage only).

    1. From GWT, number of index page is always ZERO after banned. Just recently, the site owner discovered google indexed several pages of the site, but still exclude the root domain index page. So the question is, why this can happen if the ban is still active ?

    2. Will GooglePlus always/automatically banned/filter postings that contained a Google SE banned domain ?

Interesting question, are those indexed pages on the same subdomain? (are they on root domain?)

You need to optimize the page... Change the content of the pages, And i think the site will be fine again... Change the keywords and desctiption.... Work Fully for the ON Page

If the content is indexed then there is a little hope to rank the site from now.. start working on your site and you would get the result.
