Questions about FIREFOX referal - is this allowed?

I have an idea for a way to promote Firefox through Google Adsense. Just wondering if it's Adsense compliant.

I'd like to use the Firefox text link ad INLINE in this way...

Blah blah blah, Firefox is great , blah blah blah, you can do this with it, blah blah blah...here's how to use it:

1. Download and install [Firefox with Google Toolbar]*


That's it. The "[ ]" denote the actual Google Adsense link. Is this sort of thing allowed?

 

Google says thats promote referals are ok, but not adsense. So i guess it's ok.
