I have had a vacation rental business for about eight years. I recently have ran into a lot of issues with people copying my content and photos. I have even had someone copy my custom made header. What can you do to prevent this?
You can watermark the photos. As far as taking action against them it depends on where their host is located how much success you'll have. If they are referencing the file on *your* site and sucking bandwidth you could change the image to something clever, and rename the one displaying on your site ;-)
