Hi there Does anyone recommend Blueprint CSS? I came across this article on Blueprint CSS and didn't understand it properly, so I thought it might come in handy on this forum. CHEERS
I would not, learning to code CSS by hand is truely worth it and more and more important everyday. I still dont implement pure CSS on all my sites but and should practice more of what i preech I supose but CSS and Pure CSS really does unlock the web. regards
Is only about two viable reasons to learn/use blueprint. One is you want experience for jobs. Have actually seen a few job postings looking for blueprint CSS experience. Other would be if you were either building a massive site and planned to bring in other CSS people and you wanted them to ramp up quickly on the project without having to learn "how we do it here". Most of the frameworks out are for that singular purpose. Best course of action would be to develop your own mini framework as you learn CSS. Could tailor to the type of projects you usually design or develop.
Big indicator to stay the hell away Not really. CSS frameworks are good for playing around with when you are learning - in the scheme of things, its better to come up with your own (simpler) frameworks
