You cant make it go directly into your paypal account since its an adult related affiliate program and paypal doesnt approve of that. And you shouldnt need to fill in anything. (might be different in cerain contries) Congrats btw

Hi congrats for reaching the payment threshold in AFF.I m from India and too waiting for payment.I was asked to fill the W8 form and fax it to the given US number.I have done the needful.We will be getting paid twice every month....on 1st and 16th and the payment will reflect in the account one week after the payment date.I will be payed through payoneer card.
