    hello

i am new to adsense and just wanted to know in general those people who are earning around $50 a day from adsense do they normally have more than on website.

Can a single site produce that sort of income ?

i have also been reading about niche website's. Is a niche website a good way to get adsense income going ?

I suppose, in general, niche websites should earn more per single click. But the whole result also depands on how many visitors you can bring to the exact niche..

1,000 to 2,000 visitors per day most probably, but depends also to your niche.

It depends, do you want to put all your work into one site, or into many?

Also depends on the niche, how saturated it is.

If there's hardly any publishers for that niche, you can expect a higher $ per click (usually...)

I personally would recommend going with one site first, if you have never used adsense before. Just make one site on a topic that you know a lot about, and test adsense, all its features, and ad placement/blending. Once you are confident that you can handle managing one adsense site, build from there. Dont get me wrong, many people have success starting out with multiple sites, and its best not to put all your eggs in one basket, but when starting out, multiple sites can be a bit overwhelming. Just my opinion, :)
