Questionable Javascript In Page I Had Made For My Organization

I'm just wondering what the purpose of this javascript is on our current donation page that we had made for us: http://www.afoui.org/pillarofstrength


Here is the code, I'm just really curious what it's purpose is as the page just seems like strait HTML with the one flash movie. Thanks for any help.
