I want to ask you something. Some1 has give me the order to do directory submission in PM.
& I had done in 2 hours. After finishing the order I has PMed him to send money when he was online, But I didn't got any PM regarding this. Then I have send PM again. But then too i had got no reply. Then do the same on yesterday.

Now i got reply that "I have paid now. Just a warning. You will get banned from DP if you send too many PM's. This is the 3rd one since Friday!"..

Please tell me is it reality?

    No... It's not real.

As long as the PM's aren't total spam, you could send 1000 a day and not be banned ;)

If it's RE a deal then it's not spam and you'll be fine :)

Yeah? Try it and see if that's true, Cameron. ;)

@OP - you won't be banned for conducting genuine, current, business PM's with a buyer / seller as this isn't normally viewed as spam. If the PM's are unsolicited then it's normally considered spam and will incur the 'wrath of spam' (joke for Trekkies ) .

    So, hold on...

Lets say I create a great offer and everyone wants it, I have to PM 1000 people. Will you ban me? ;)

mcfox was just being cynical :)

I'd love to see you keep your head above water with an offer that required 1000 PMs in a single day. Your keyboard would melt!

FWIW: Mods don't police private messages. However when unsolicited private messages are received they can be forwarded to a mod and we'll check it out. The OPs example wouldn't be spam - it's clearly someone trying to communicate and getting bullied in return.
