Can i advertise my web host with azoogle and is there an minimum spend per month?

Here's an idea - contact Azoogle and ask!

But in all likelyhood - the minimum is a few thousand per month (or more). The fact you made this thread makes it pretty clear you are probably running a very small web host, so I doubt Azoogle is right for you...
